नाडीशुद्धिमवाप्नोति पृथचिह्नोपलक्षितः । शरीरलघुता दीप्तिर्वह्नेर्जाठरवर्तिनः ॥
One attains Nāḍī-śuddhi (purification of the nāḍīs), which is recognized by distinct signs.
These signs include lightness of the body and the increased brilliance of the digestive fire (Jāṭharāgni).
