सम्यक्कथय मे ब्रह्मन्नाडीशुद्धिं समासतः। यथा शुद्धा सदा ध्यायञ्जीवन्मुक्तो भवाम्य-हम् ॥
O Brāhmaṇa, explain to me briefly the purification of the Nāḍīs.
By knowing it, and by meditating constantly with the Nāḍīs purified, may I become liberated while still living (Jīvanmukta).
