बहिस्तीर्थात्परं तीर्थमन्तस्तीर्थ महामुने। आत्मतीर्थ महातीर्थमन्यत्तीर्थं निरर्थकम् ॥
O great sage, superior to external places of pilgrimage is the inner pilgrimage (Antas-tīrtha).
The Ātma-tīrtha, the pilgrimage of the Self, is the greatest of all pilgrimages; other pilgrimages are of no real value in comparison.
