पृष्ठमध्यस्थितेनास्थ्ना वीणादण्डेन सुव्रत । सह मस्तकपर्यन्तं सुषुम्ना सुप्रतिष्ठिता ॥
O noble one, Suṣumnā is well established along the spinal column, which is situated in the middle of the back and resembles the stem of a Vīṇā,
extending upward all the way to the head.
