अदेशस्थोहि रिपुणा स्वल्पकेनापि हन्यते ।
ग्राहोऽल्पीयानपि जले गजेन्द्रमपि कर्षति ॥
He who is out of his country can be easily killed even by a petty foe, just as an alligator, although small, can drag even a powerful elephant.
