संहतत्वाद्यथा वेणुर्निबिडैः कण्टकैर्वृतः ।
न शक्यते समुच्छेत्तुं भ्रातृसंघातवांस्तथा ॥
Just as a bamboo covered over with thorns cannot be (easily) uprooted on account or its being in close union (with others), so cannot one in union with a multitude of relatives.
