मन्त्री ब्रूते -- उत्क्तमेवैतत् ।
विषमां हि दशां प्राप्य दैवं गर्हयते नरः ।
आत्मनः कर्मदोषांस्तु नैव जानात्यपण्डितः ॥
The minister said - This also is said, being reduced to an adverse state a man blames his fate; but the fool never knows (that it was the result of) his own faults in actions.
