कोषांशेनार्धकोषेण सर्वकोषेण वा पुनः ।
शिष्टस्य प्रतिरक्षार्थं परिक्रय उदाहृतः ॥
That is styled Parikraya Treaty which is made at the cost of a part of, or the half of, or even the whole of, the treasury, in order that the rest (other property) may be saved.
