मयास्योपकृतं पूर्वमयं प्रतिकरिष्यति ।
इति यः क्रियते संधिः प्रतीकारः स उच्यते ॥
I have conferred a favour upon him, he will repay it. The alliance which is formed on this principle is styled Pratikara Treaty.
