तथा हि । बालोऽपि नावमन्तव्यो मनुष्य इति भूमिपः ।
महती देवता ह्येषा नररूपेण तिष्ठति ॥
So also, a king although a boy, should not be despised because he is a man; for he is a mighty deity existing in a human form.
