अन्यच्च । भोगस्य भाजनं राजा मन्त्री कार्यस्य भाजनम् ।
राजकार्यपरिध्वंसी मन्त्री दोषेण लिप्यते ॥
Again, the proper sphere of the king is to enjoy pleasures, while that of the minister is to attend to business. A minister who spoils the business of state is to blame in every way.
