अन्यच्च । स बन्धुर्यो विपन्नानामापदुद्धरणक्षमः ।
न तु दुर्विहितातीतवस्तूपालम्भपण्डितः ॥
He is a friend of the afflicted who is able to deliver them from misery, and not he, who is clever (only) in condemning a thing ill done or omitted to be done.
