नोपभोक्तुं न च त्यक्तुं शक्नोति विषयाजरी ।
अस्थि निर्दशनः श्वेव जिह्वया लेढि केवलं ॥
An old man is not able to enjoy pleasures or to abandon them either, as a dog without teeth simply licks a bone with his tongue (but does not throw it off).
