तत्र मित्र न वस्तव्यं यत्र नास्ति चतुष्टयम् ।
ऋणदाता च वैद्यश्च श्रोत्रियः सजला नदी ॥
One should not dwell there, O friend, where these four things do not exist, viz., a creditor, a physician, a Brahmana versed in the Vedas and a river with water (ever flowing).
