न हि पथ्यमपथ्यं वा रसाः सर्वे|अपि नीरसाः |
अपि भुक्तं विष्हं घोरं पीयूष्हमपि जीर्यति ||
There is nothing wholesome or injurious; for the practice of this mudrâ destroys the injurious effects of all the rasas (chemicals). Even the deadliest of poisons, if taken, acts like nectar.
