शुद्धमेति यदा सर्वं नाडी-छक्रं मलाकुलम |
तदैव जायते योगी पराण-संग्रहणे कष्हमः ||
When the whole system of nâdîs which is full of impurities, is cleaned, then the Yogî becomes able to control the Prâṇa.
