अङ्गं गलितं पलितं मुण्डं, दशनविहीनं जतं तुण्डम्।
वृद्धो याति गृहीत्वा दण्डं, तदपि न मुञ्चत्याशापिण्डम्॥
Even an old man with weak limbs, hairless head, toothless mouth, walking with the help of a stick, still has high hopes-unfulfilled desires. Desires are unending. Fulfilment of one desire leads to yet another new one.
