सुहृन्मित्रार्युदासीनमध्यस्थद्वेष्यबन्धुषु।
साधुष्वपि च पापेषु समबुद्धिर्विशिष्यते।।
One of equal vision toward friend and foe, the noble and the lowly,
toward the neutral, the enemy, and one’s own kin, as well as toward the virtuous and the sinful—
such a person of even intellect stands supreme.
