स एव धन्य आत्मज्ञः सर्वभावेषु यः समः।
पश्यन् शृण्वन् स्पृशन् जिघ्रन्न् अश्नन्निस्तर्षमानसः॥
Blessed indeed is the knower of the Self who remains the same in all circumstances.
Seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, and eating,
his mind remains free from thirst, craving, and longing.
