सुखमास्ते सुखं शेते सुखमायाति याति च।
सुखं वक्ति सुखं भुंक्ते व्यवहारेऽपि शान्तधीः॥
The one whose understanding is at peace
sits in happiness,
sleeps in happiness,
comes and goes in happiness.
He speaks in happiness,
eats in happiness,
and even while engaged in ordinary worldly activities,
he remains established in peace.
