The Upanishad, "Atmapuja" indicates the subtle meaning of the vedic rituals followed by the Hindu community during puja. As example, we can take 'Padya', 'Padya' is a water which we offer to our God to wash there feet. But in the Atmapuja Upanishad, Rishi says - "Always being ready to welcome the Truth in itself is the "Padya". And then comes the description of Maharaj.
